Bordus Table by Ola Giertz

Swedish furniture and product designer Ola Giertz‘s latest project is called Bordus, a coffee table with some seriously aerodynamic lines. Inspired by angular Stealth fighter jets, the complex angles give the table a twisted look.

Built with stellar craftsmanship by Benjamin Holm, the table is made from solid ash with darker walnut dovetail joints. Avoiding the rectangular or round shapes of a typical coffee table, Bordus could easily be considered a sculptural piece in any room with its edges pointing in two opposite directions.

Depending on the space, you could even combine two together to make an even larger table.
