Graphic, Handmade Rugs That Support Fair Trade

node is a non-profit that “combines great design with great fair trade products” to bring fun, well-crafted rugs and toys that also positively impact others.

They teamed with 18 artists to design 18 different rugs that create work for those in the Kumbeshwar Technical School in Kathmandu, Nepal using traditional Tibetan carpet making techniques.

There are only 10 of each rug being made, and each are hand signed by the artists. The artists also receive their own rug as payment for their design. Artists include Donna Wilson, Geoff McFetridge, Jon Klassen, and many more.
