A Modern, Minimalist Apartment in Tel Aviv

Located in a tower at the top of a luxury hotel in Tel Aviv, this apartment’s renovation resulted in a modern, minimalist pad with a timeless appeal, designed by Roy David Studio. The main inspiration came from the view just outside the windows, which led to focusing on a relaxing sea-inspired color palette.

The once unused balcony was turned into the large living room, exhibiting the mostly custom-made furniture and design elements. The materials were kept to natural hickory wood with black granite and brass to keep it simple.

The kitchen gets a similar look and feel as the entertainment center in the living room, which is black granite and wood.

Both the master and the guest rooms were enlarged and the entire apartment now runs on smart house technologies, like automatic lighting systems, electric curtains, and double glazed UV filtered windows.
