GinYuu: A Concept Restaurant in Stuttgart

Restauranteur Kent Hahne launched GinYuu, a pan-Asian restaurant in Stuttgart that comes with a lounge concept and focus on cocktails. Employing Ippolito Fleitz Group to complete the look, the restaurant invites visitors to drop the shopping mall location at the door and dive into the simply designed surroundings meant to create a relaxed environment through different textures, surfaces, and materials.

Canopies of lamps set the tone while creating different zones within the interior. Wood shows up throughout the restaurant as a main material, like in the panels that hang above the counter made out of driftwood. Oak is used on the floors and on the fronts of the counter.
