Dutch designer Thomas Voorn bought an entire A4 section of a stationery store that went out of business, which inspired his latest project, Temporary Tapestry. He took photographic images of the papers and turned them into playful patterns that let you create your own wallpaper at home. Not just any kind of wallpaper, this is made up of single sheets that when arranged together become a photo/graphic pattern.
Each part of the colorful pattern is an image of the paper that started out being thrown down randomly and then photographed again. So it ends up being photos of paper printed on paper.
The pages easily hang with poster buddies, wallpaper glue, or brass nails. In total, there are 9 different styles of tapestries to choose from. Available for purchase here.
