From Forest to Home: Durable Furniture by Nola

Harads is a collection of furniture, designed by Johan Kauppi and Bertil Harström for Nola, stripped down to its most basic forms. By removing the steps from raw material to finished product, the glulam furniture brings nature to you, with only slight adjustments.

Rather than adding too many bells and whistles, the outdoor collection consists of different straight and round boxes, platforms, and benches. They all are created with the same basic idea – a floating wooden section held by steel tubes. Its simple form means it fits anywhere, and can be grouped together to create little landscapes, or stand strong on its own. The weather-resistant qualities of the collection makes it ideal for indoors and out. Due to the adjustability of the entire system, it makes installation and maintenance easy for wherever it resides. The fun yellow metal adds a pop of color.
