New Delhi-based lighting studio Paul Matter has debuted its first collection, entitled TANGO. Designed with historic and modern elements in mind, these lighting fixtures are after every minimalist’s heart (ours included).
The studio was founded in 2015 and draws upon mid-century modernism, the Industrial Age and Creative Director Nikhil Paul’s own minimalist aesthetic. The collection includes two lighting fixture styles, a candle stand, and a lamp that range in materials like blackened and buffed brass, copper, and silver. What makes TANGO unique is its structural forms, characterized by low hanging elbows connecting to brass shades that allow the owner to artfully configure to his/her preferences.
