FLOR’s New Modular Rug Designs for Fall 2016

FLOR-2016-perfect-palette

You probably already know the name FLOR, which has become synonymous with modular rug tiles, and they’re constantly innovating and changing it up to consistently be the leader in custom, affordable rug designs. For Fall 2016, the name of the game is custom, and the new mix-and-match patterns, colors, and textures give you even more options to make a one-of-a-kind statement. From Shag (“In The Deep”) to Basketweave (“Weave On”) tiles to their textured chevron Signature rug called “Pop Star”, we think you’re gonna have a hard time making a decision with all of the new options added to their already impressive catalog. Take a look at some of our favorites:

FLOR-AntiqueMinx_Rug

This crazy compilation shows that you don’t have to stick to a rectangular design: mixing Antique Minx, Reoriented and Nizhoni Patchwork, it makes your floor feel like an artist’s canvas.

FLOR-LastingGrateness_FA16

Lasting Grateness is a graphic style that subtly nods to a traditional pattern, and can be paired with solids for a patchwork effect.

A salute to disco, retro and glam (yet it feels fresh!).

FLOR-ScottishSett-rug-dining

The Scottish Twill signature rug is inspired by men’s tailored suits, combining plaid with the detail of a bright pocket square. The triangular shapes make it feel modern and edgy.

FLOR-SuitYourself_FA16U

Their Swipe Right signature rug above mixes sisal in a patchwork pattern that pulls in color from natural elements you might find on a hike like red berries, path textures and blue sky.

FLOR-TwistedSpokes-rug-fall2016

Twisted Spokes is a high-enegery geometric pattern perfect for kids’ playrooms and yet sophisticated enough for family rooms, basements, game rooms and man caves (yeah, I just said man caves.).

These two tiles, Urban Nature and Down to Earth, were designed to mimic the natural gradients seen on moss-covered cliffs by the seashore.

FLOR-VintageVibe_FA16

Sundial Sundae Three signature rug is a global design from its colors to its patterns and textures. Bold and fun, it also contains one of our favorite FLOR patterns inspired by African textiles, Madagascar.

One of our favorite aspects of FLOR is that you don’t have to be a designer. You can start with one of their pre-made templates or rugs and customize from there.
