BioLite Makes Portable Power Easy When You’re on the Go or Off the Grid

BioLite continues to surprise us with their ability to bring modern technology to the great outdoors and their latest finds more ways to bring portable power with you when you go off the grid. For 2017, they’ve launched the Charge Series of compact portable batteries, along with the SolarPanel 10+, a portable solar panel that doubles the power of the original 5-watt panel. Both designs aim to keep you connected throughout your busy, mobile lifestyle.

Perfect for hiking or camping, the SolarPanel 10+ is a folding 10-watt panel that features a 360-degree stand to easily prop it up on any terrain, as well as an analog sundial to position the panel so that it gets direct rays of light. You can either run something while it’s storing power or you can store it for later with its integrated 3000 mAh battery. Pop it up at your campsite or strap it to your backpack while you’re hiking to ensure you’ll always have the power you need when you need it.

Whether you want to bring these along when you’re outdoors or just on the go, the Charge Series consists of three compact batteries that are both durable and water-resistant. The batteries are housed in a thin stainless steel skin with rounded edges making it suitable to throw in your pocket or bag. A silicone gasket top protects the battery from the rain or unexpected spills and flips open when you need a charge. The Charge 10 (10wh) and the Charge 20 (20wh) are debuting this month while the Charge 40 (40wh) is scheduled to launch in mid-summer.
