Analog Watch Co. Launches 1st Watch to Incorporate Real Flower and Plant Material

If you’ve been a reader of Design Milk for awhile, you might be familiar with Analog Watch Co. and how they aim to create bespoke, unisex timepieces utilizing natural materials and clean lines. Their latest venture is the first of its kind and it’s called The Botanist Collection. This unique collection of watches incorporates real flower and plant material suspended within a hand-poured resin ring that frames the silver or black watch face.

With more and more studies pointing to the benefits of nature and how it improves mental health and well-being, Lorenzo Buffa, the brand’s owner and lead designer, set out to create this collection of timepieces with the goal of helping wearers reconnect with nature. The Botanist Collection includes Orange Baby’s Breath, Yellow Queen Anne’s Lace, Red Forget-Me-Not, Blue Queen Anne’s Lace, Blue Queen Anne’s Lace with a black watch face, and Green Reindeer Moss with a black watch face.

The collection is being offered exclusively through Kickstarter with options that begin at a single watch and expand to whole set of six watches. You can also buy additional straps, as they’re interchangeable for when you want a different look.
