Mondo Lighting by Antonio Facco for Oblure

Italian designer Antonio Facco is set to launch a new lighting collection for Oblure during the 2018 Maison & Objet next month in Paris. The Mondo series consists of four movable metal shades that rotate around, overlapping each other to create varying visual patterns.

The nature of the design allows the user to interact with the lamp to change the design’s graphic black pattern, which hovers above the round opal glass globe. When the lamp is turned on, the simple yet bold design is illuminated.

The collection includes a pendant lamp and a floor lamp made of 3D laser cut steel and opal glass, complete with textile cables.
