PLUS Modular Seating System by Francesco Rota for Lapalma

Modern times have brought about changes in the way most people live and work, making modular furniture that much more practical for those of us not looking to replace everything when we move. Francesco Rota designed a smart solution that could work in the home or any public space with its infinite possibilities. Designed for Lapalma, the PLUS system consists of curvy, soft components, including square, rectangular, and round-ended seat shapes, two sizes of backrests, an armrest, and a table.

The minimalist elements can be rearranged to form all sorts of seating options from a classic sofa to a floating island of seats for a large living room or lounge. The side tables can be outfitted with power supplies to keep users’ devices up and running for the long haul.

PLUS comes in a variety of fabrics and colors to customize it even further and can even be paired with Rota’s SCREEN for added privacy.
