The adidas Originals ARCHIVE M1 Watch Series

Fancy a wristwatch designed to complement your favorite adidas Originals kicks? The adidas Watches ARCHIVE M1 alludes to the square digital display designs of the 1970s and 1980s, when the likes of Casio offered LED displays accompanied with chunky and satisfying-to-press buttons. The brand’s Fall/Winter 2018 collection offers three new colors, each boldly accentuated with contrast colors referencing the brand’s most popular footwear.

The upcoming ARCHIVE M1 seasonal release joins a previously launched 4-color collection finished in metallics, offered now with the same stainless steel case with hardened mineral crystal attached to a 24mm width, 5-link stainless steel bracelet with a 50 meter/5 ATM water rating. Alongside the ARCHIVE series, the Fall/Winter 2018 updates brings a refresh of new colors to the quartz movement pop-aesthetic PROCESS and the refined minimalism of the DISTRICT.

The ARCHIVE M1’s sculpted buttons and squared case harkens back to the digital wristwatches of the 1970s-1980s, when large chronograph buttons graced the likes of Casio and Timex. The contrast colors also reference the vibrant detailing accessorizing many adidas Originals footwear, most notably the NMD and POD lines.

Expect to see the adidas Watches Originals Fall/Winter 2018 Series this month (August) globally online, in select adidas Originals stores, and over at adidas.com.
