Kun Design Launches a New Outdoor Collection That’s Both Designed and Made in China

Kun Design creates design-focused outdoor furniture that maintains the same level of sophistication that indoor furnishings possess, while boasting a “Designed in China” and “Made in China” ethos. Their contemporary products are designed so they can be used anytime and in any setting, indoors or out, no matter the aesthetic. Their latest collection includes the Banyan Tree seating series, the PIPE Bar Cart, and the Screen, all of which can be used together or separate under any scenario.

Banyan Tree features a series of woven seats, including a sofa, lounge chair, rocking chair, and dining chair The backs are woven with a weather-resistant and easy-to-clean material that forms a natural curve to mimic the human spine for added comfort. The interwoven strands reference tree vines, hence the name of the series, which creates an open weave for a sophisticated look.

The PIPE Bar Cart is an extension of the Pipe series, particularly the coffee table. The minimalist design includes two layers to hold drinks, alcohol, or snacks, with a simple handle to guide it to its next location.

The Screen comprises two oversized panels covered with a rattan-like mesh to ensure privacy while letting air pass through.
