The Roommate Collection Is Full of Companions for Your Space

New interior design brand, Formae, recently unveiled its new collection – Roommate. The minimal components are designed to become companions in the room in which they are placed, creating a collection filled with products that are able to interact with their users and offering practical solutions to daily living with a playful touch.

Roommate’s modular nature turns its products into pieces that are able to stand on their own, but were designed to interact as a group, “like words which can be ordered in infinitely different ways in order to develop new meanings and interpretations of contemporary living.”

For Roommate, Leonardo Fortino, art director for Formae, pulled together a strong group of young international designers – Alessandro D’Angeli, De Bona De Meo, Meike Langer, Chiara Ricci, Sovrappensiero Design Studio, Studio Zero, and Max Voytenko. We’re looking forward to seeing more!
