IMM Cologne: pulpo Collaborates with Herkner, Babin, and MUT Design

Design label pulpo worked with designers Sebastian Herkner, Ferréol Babin, and MUT Design at IMM Cologne to release a series of new products.

Sebastian Herkner worked with pulpo to update a series of lamps and side tables.

Playing on perceptions of materials, Babin combined the lightness of glass with the heaviness of marble with these brut shelves.

You’ll also want to take note of Babin’s elegant, subtle Magma lamps.

MUT Studio presented the aspa table series: coffee tables from textured chapel glass affixed to glass panels in three different variations.

Keshia grew up in Singapore and moved to the U.S. to attend Dartmouth College. When she was living abroad after graduation, a chance enrollment at the Architectural Association Visiting School led to her becoming enamored with door schedules and architectural écriture. She's particularly interested in design for aging, rural architecture, and Asian design heritage.
