CREATIVO Desk: Open, Use, Close, Done

Don’t let home privacy invade your work, and don’t let your work invade your home privacy. If you work from home, as so many of us are right now, you know the importance of being able to walk away from it at the end of the day. Whether it’s closing the door to a room or sliding your laptop under the sofa, the division between work and home is crucial. Enter the CREATIVO retractable desk, designed by Filippo Mambretti for ZELO21. It’s a workstation defined by minimal lines that can function as a room divider or desk, with a flap door that allows you to tuck away your workspace when not in use. Now, instead of turning a countertop or side table into a makeshift office, CREATIVO does it for you in a tasteful way that enhances productivity and quality of work.

The basic premise of CREATIVO is this: open it, use it, close it and move it. Inside the upper panel sits a diffused light, while the lower part of it houses a seat that’s completely retractable. The bench also has the ability to function as a small bookcase equipped with an additional side top. And retractable wheels in the base of both the desk and the seat make it easy to move when you want to put it in another room or tuck it away in a corner.
