Simple Is Beautiful in the Slide Family of Lighting

If one thing remains true, it’s that there’s beauty in simplicity. Ravenhill Studio’s Slide Family of lighting achieves its simple silhouette by way of a rod and cone. The cone-shaped shade of each piece takes on the impression of a balanced equilateral triangle, free of any hardware or finials.  Simple and relatable, Slide’s fixtures were developed through remote collaboration. The team took on the project and created an elevated collection that features a waxed linen fabric shade in 10-inch and 16-inch diameter options. A brass arm and its components allow for variable drop lengths in the pendants. Known for its lighting collections, the Los Angeles-based Ravenhill Studio focuses on the physics, material, and craft, making Slide a smart addition.
