A Modern Residence Overlooking the San Francisco Bay by Walker Warner Architects

Located on a bluff overlooking the Tiburon Peninsula in Marin County, California, the Tiburon Bay View residence was designed by Walker Warner Architects to flow effortlessly with the natural landscape. They used a combination of Aegean limestone, western red cedar, zinc, and board-formed concrete, for a classic, yet modern aesthetic that boasts clean lines and a soothing presence.

The home was designed to entertain friends and family while also offering spaces to retreat and relax in a private setting.

A bold red door pivots open to welcome guests into the light-filled entryway.

The upper level houses the private living spaces, including the bedrooms, garage, and auto court, while the lower level features the public area, which includes both informal and formal entertaining spaces.

The contemporary interiors were designed by NICOLEHOLLIS with a curated mix of modern furnishings.

Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open up to connect the interior living spaces to the expansive grounds and swimming pool.
