A New Eichler Neighborhood is Born in Palm Springs

A few years ago we announced the exciting news that KUD Properties was bringing the Eichler back. They began building new Eichler homes in an exclusive Palm Springs neighborhood. Well, they’ve just completed their third Eichler home and we’re super excited to share it with you here, and to be checking it out this weekend in person at Palm Springs Modernism Week.

The first Eichler home (pictured above) sold on the first day it was on the market… I guess there’s a demand :) and the second and third Eichlers are now available through KUD Properties. Let’s take a peek at all three, starting with some more photos of Desert Eichler 1:

This new Eichler neighborhood is located on Dr. Scholl’s estate, about half a mile from downtown Palm Springs. Each home is located on a 10,000-square-foot lot and has a custom pool and spa, comes fully landscaped, highly insulated, and includes Kerf cabinetry, Grohe bath fixtures, and Bosch architectural appliances.

For more information on the Eichler homes, contact KUD Properties and visit deserteichler.com.
