Adidas Valley’s Colorful and Casual Workspace by Actincommon

Adidas Valley is an open workspace within the Adidas headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany, that offers its employees a casual spot to catch up on some work, meet up with a colleague, or take a break. Designed by Berlin-based Actincommon, the project features platforms that weave in and out of beds of plants creating a working landscape. The layers include different types of tables and seating that help break up the massive space into smaller, less overwhelming zones.

The cold concrete floors and bland office building details become the backdrop to a vivid palette of mostly primary colors, as well as touches of turquoise.

A floating conference room rests atop a wooden deck with bold yellow curtains for the walls that can open and close when privacy is needed. A yellow floor and black furnishings complete the hard-to-miss space within a space.

They even added a smoothie bar for Adidas employees to enjoy.
