Aimée Wilder Adds Graphic, Modular Tile Collection Inspired by the Moon

Born and raised in New York, designer Aimée Wilder made a name for herself in the design world with her graphic wallpapers, fabrics, rugs, cushions and more. Now, she’s bringing her aesthetic to the floor with a modular tile collection called Apogee. The inaugural collection of cement, ceramic and terrazzo tiles feature an array of Wilder’s signature patterns that give nod to the symbiotic relationship between the moon and diurnal tidal cycles.

Throughout the extensive collection the motion of waves continuously shows up, from audio waveforms to the ocean’s movement, along with references to the phases of the moon. Apogee comprises four patterns – Wavey, Mamba, Timewave and Moon Phase – each designed to stand alone or configured with square, hex and rectangular solid and split tiles for added variation. The patterns are available in coordinating colorways, including patterned and solid, to create any design desired, whether simple or bold.
