Located near Lisbon, Portugal, the Belas I House by Estúdio Urbano Arquitectos is built within the Belas Clube de Campo, a private condo community that affords residents privacy and plenty of outdoor space.
The structure is formed through a series of geometric volumes stacked which also form the large balconies.
Despite being in a community setting, the house feels totally private with plenty of greenery surrounding it.
The first floor houses the garage, maid room, laundry room, and technical area.
The floor above is the main floor with the living room, kitchen, office, and bedrooms. The third floor is completely occupied by the master bedroom.
The main living areas feel open and bright with plenty of windows and crisp white paint.
The bright white continues into the kitchen with almost every surface a clean white. No upper cabinets keep the open and minimal look.
The kitchen space extends to the outdoors with a patio that doubles its square footage.
Love the freestanding tub in the center of the bathroom.
Extra privacy for the pool comes from a partial concrete wall on one side.
