Camille Walala Brings Her Vibrant Patterns to Rugs with FLOOR_STORY

Camille Walala, the London-based master of abstract patterns, is bringing her dynamic style to the floor with a second collection of rugs for FLOOR_STORY. The idea of her vibrant designs covering an entire room in a house might sound a bit overwhelming to some but scaling it down to rugs is a brilliant way to acquire her work for to enjoy in everyday life. The walls are typically where you find artwork but the floor is another surface that oftentimes screams for attention. Her new rugs, which launched at London Design Fair, feature her signature bold color schemes and graphic patterns which will definitely add life to any drab space.

Walala’s FLOOR_STORY collection includes five new rugs and runners, including Equilibrium, Chroma Token, Royal Token, White Noise, and Ecliptic. Made from 100% wool, two of the designs (Equilibrium + White Noise) are in-stock heavyweight Kilims, while the other two (Token + Ecliptic) are hand-tufted, made-to-order rugs.
