With society becoming more dependent on throwaway goods with a short lifespan, Brad Wray Workshop wanted to experiment with more substantial materials that have character and a story to tell. Working with contrasting materials like concrete and solid blackbutt timber, the Magazine Stable was born with a Brutalist feel.
The multipurpose piece can be a side table, magazine rack, or reading stool, depending on what you need. The solid wood insert is removable or it can be wedged into place to create the tabletop or seat. Within the voids, you can hold magazines or books.
