Graphic Tees Designed by You from Cotton Bureau Clothing

Cotton Bureau is a curated online community founded by web designers for high-quality graphic design tees, hoodies, and more (I know your inside voice is exclaiming “Yes”!). You can submit artwork for consideration, and they’ll handle all the other stuff like selling, printing, shipping, and customer service—all done locally in Pittsburgh, PA by their self-sustaining team of 5 people. So, even though it’s not Small Business Saturday anymore, you can still support small business by buying from them!

Each shirt spends only 2 weeks on the website to pre-sell as many as possible. If the shirt sells 12+, once the sale is over, they print and ship it out—and—if you sell more than 25, you start earning money. So that means that these designs below are only available for a limited time!

You know you want one, or two or three… so the good news is that Cotton Bureau has an awesome Cyber Monday deal going on that ENDS TODAY! So you better jump on it: Buy 2 shirts and get 50% shipping. Buy 3 shirts and get free shipping (U.S. customers only).

PLUS Design Milk readers will get 10% off using the code DESIGNMILK!

designerd-t-shirt

Designerd by Pauline Goan, a recent grad – this is a lovely hand-lettered tee for all of you font snobs out there.

wander-t-shirt

Wander by Portland illustrator Jenny Tiffany – LOVE the colors and illustrative design of this… it feels very adventurous… in a graphic-design-meets-travel-poster-meets-Pacific-Northwest kind of way.

never-obey-tee

Never Obey by James Victore, duh.

still-kickin

Still Kickin by Aaron Purmort. There’s a story behind this one that’s both touching and inspiring: Aaron Purmort had a seizure, resulting from a brain tumor that turned out to be cancer. He was wearing this t-shirt when he had the seizure. He fought for a long time before succumbing to the disease last week. Cotton Bureau donates a portion of the sale of this shirt to the Musella Center for Brain Tumor Research, whose hard work kept Aaron kickin just a little longer. Love that. Check out all the #stillkickinthis supporters on Instagram and Twitter!

taco-lyfe-tee

Taco Lyfe by Brooklyn illustrator Laura Bohill – seriously, I’ve considered getting this tattoo for realz. Now that I live in SoCal, tacos are my main food group.

first-worst-second-best

Second Best by Andrew Hochradel – For all you non-winners out there.

fake-it-make-it-shirt

Fake It Till You Make It by Judson Collier – This is a saying that’s pretty close to my heart. Sometimes this is exactly what you gotta do to get you where you want to go. Also, love the lettering.

I went down the rabbit hole that is the Cotton Bureau t-shirt archive, and now I want them to reprint everything! They’ve printed some damn fine tees!
