Portuguese design firm [i]da Arquitectos designed this home that I think would also be suitable for our Skim Milk column – a classic white box.
Divided into two parts by a central patio, this open floorplan makes a connection with the exterior through the use of an interior garden and large cutouts on its surface. The upper level houses the bedrooms and access to a roof terrace and the lower level has the main living spaces as well as the garden. The two floors are connected with a gorgeous, minimalist floating staircase.
