Egg Collective Opens New TriBeCa Showroom

The design group founded by Crystal Ellis, Hillary Petrie, and Stephanie Beamer – Egg Collective – opened their new flagship showroom in New York City’s TriBeCa neighborhood. Formerly a law office, the historic space was completely gutted to be redesigned by the trio with the purpose of creating an accessible location for people to visit. The interior comprises two larger showrooms with the addition of two smaller vignettes that cohesively flow from one space to the next, offering visitors an experience that feels more like walking through someone’s beautiful home as opposed to a typical showroom.

Along with opening the showroom they launched a new collection that included a bookcase, sofa, table, and desk/console. In continuation of their support of fellow designers, Egg Collective featured specialty wall treatments by Callidus Guild, who they exclusively represent, to showcase the transitions between the rooms. The finishes, which are part of the ‘Matte’ series, not only highlight the spaces, they help to naturally purify the surrounding air.
