Embrace Switzerland’s Joux Valley Through Mazel Wooden Furniture

The Joux Valley, which you’ll find in the Swiss Jura mountains, is known for its high-end watches, cheese making, and other types of craftsmanship that are heavily connected to the area’s surrounding nature. Fabien Roy, designer of the Mazel wooden furniture collection, believes that the forests are underutilized, and has used 100% locally grown Joux Valley spruce in his work.

Comprising a table, bench, and stool, Roy reinforced the legs with facets. The table is made of five pieces that can be assembled in a few minutes with an Allen key, inserts, and metric screws. To save on costs, Roy has proposed a flat pack system that can be shipped directly from the shop.
