Filippo Mambretti Designs the Dulce Lamp for Gantri

Filippo Mambretti has designed a new lamp, called Dulce, for Gantri that spans generations by perfectly blending a retro and modern feel. Looking to Art Deco’s Streamline Moderne for inspiration, Mambretti incorporated smooth surfaces, curved forms, and long horizontal lines as a tribute to the designers who pushed the boundaries and helped people along the way during the Great Depression.

The table light is fairly minimalist with a single cylindrical column bisected with a disc of light, making it perfect for a nightstand, a table beside a sofa, or an entry table. As with other Gantri designs, the Dulce lamp is 3D-printed with a PLA body featuring a soft-touch matte finish in either Fog, Snow, or Sand, and a translucent PLA diffuser with protective coating.
