Fortress Table by Markus Johansson

The latest from Swedish designer Markus Johansson is the Fortress table. With industrial characteristics, the table appears to be quite delicate, but is, in fact, made from solid steel. Each table is made from one sheet that’s laser-cut with jagged rays that are bent into place. The strips overlap to make it look as if the table is spinning. It totally reminds me of those industrial metal ventilation fans you see on top of buildings.
