Located in the Evo Lofts in downtown Los Angeles, this condo was renovated for a young graphic designer/shoe designer who bought it as her first home. The traveling homeowner hired BAM Design Lab to bring a sense of energy and to act as a retreat when she was at home. The result is a fresh and cosy oasis that didn’t break the bank.
The 1100-square-foot studio has a wall of windows keeping the space light and bright. Helping with that are the new white hardwood floors that were installed throughout.
The fresh color palette centers around crisp white, soft mint green, light treys, and natural woods, which help infuse personality without overwhelming the space.
The kitchen needed a facelift so Super White Honed Pental Quartz countertops were installed, along with a bar top.
A white backsplash made of geometric porcelain tiles adds simple texture to bring some character to the small kitchen.
A bold, patterned rug anchors the living room, which has a sectional sofa and a coffee table from West Elm that adjusts to table height so you can eat in front of the TV.
A glass and chrome desk sits behind the sofa hiding it from view when you enter the apartment.
The bedroom space features Eskayel wallpaper behind the gray tufted bed.
White lacquer nightstands from West Elm hold edgy Jonathan Adler lamps.
The bathroom was outfitted with IKEA Godmorgon cabinets and Porcelanosa tile, continuing the modern, polished look of the rest of the condo. An electric mirror brings more light into the once dark space.

Love the use of high/low and color/white in this space. Makes it look fresh and clean, but also has some serious charm factor with the blue drapes and the mint green chairs. Also a fabulous use of texture. Love love love!

A lot of the accessories are from CB2- the rugs, table runner, pillows and the glass desk.

Great space with fantastic light! A lot of the accessories are from CB2- the rugs, table runner, pillows and the glass desk. It would have been advantageous to have mentioned that, given there is note of pieces from West Elm, IKEA and Eskayel.
