Is there any way at all these will actually be comfortable for more than 5 minutes? The wide width of the standard strap isn’t a old carryover that no one updated due to lazyness…it’s there because otherwise you get the camera digging into a focused line in your shoulder over hours. Possibly a good recommendation for a micro sensor camera but any modern DSLR with a decent lens is gonna make this thing hurt.

Oh yes, I agree, you can’t use this with a heavy DSLR! Ouch.
