Shawn is sharing his five favorite things.

1. Buddy Lee Jump Rope
I use this almost every day at the gym. It’s one of the best forms of cardio and I feel great afterward. Plus, it’s super easy to travel with! I can throw it any bag and be able to exercise even when I’m traveling for work. You can also adjust the length of the rope for your height, which is pretty cool.

2. Peet’s Coffee
I’m on a monthly schedule with Peets — they send me two pounds of the French Roast every month. While the French Roast is my definite favorite, there are a bunch of signature blends that sound great, like the Espresso Forte & the Uzuri African Blend. I suggest signing up for the monthly program so you never run out!

3. L’Avenir Healfast Cream
This cream is amazing. I get razor burn when I shave all the time. When I use this, the razor burn disappears. And, if I’ve ever gotten too much sun — I layer it on to prevent peeling. It is actually a miracle cream.

4. My dogs, Alfie & Gus
I live for these dogs. Alfie is a Schnoodle and Gus is a Yorkie Poo. Alfie is almost human. He is incredibly smart and sensitive. Gus is a little insecure, but really lovable. Nonetheless, I bring them to work everyday. I call them my security detail!

5. The High Line in NYC (and all gardens by Pied Oudolf)
The High Line is absolutely magical — how the city was able to transform a suspended railroad to a public park is incredible. A large part of NYC history was preserved through this transformation. Pied Oudolf’s gardens (he contributed to the High Line gardens) look as if they have always been. I can look at his books for hours — I find them unbelievably inspiring.
