Geometric Furniture Inspired by Arabesque Patterns

Dubai-based designer Aljoud Lootah has a way with geometrics as she’s proved before in her work. In her latest collection, Double Square, she found inspiration in Arabesque patterns and motifs and began with two squares, one of which is rotated 45 degrees from the other, which is often the start of many Arabesque patterns. The 8-point star that can be seen when looking down at each piece. From that pattern, many different combinations can be made. Each piece in the collection is made from Carrara marble, making each design that much more incredible.
