Jaime Hayon Designs His First Piece of Contract Furniture for Fritz Hansen

Jaime Hayon is taking his first step into the contract furniture world with a new collaboration with Fritz Hansen. With many companies going open concept, they become in need of privacy furniture that allows employees a spot to concentrate on work or a group setting to collaborate and not disturb others. Enter the Plenum™ series, a trio of seating options designed for collaboration, concentration, or even relaxation.

The Plenum™ series comprises one-, two-, and three-seater sofas with optional features like power plugs, USB ports, and mounted or separate tables. The design offers a comfortable place to work with raised sides and backs that help eliminate distractions and surrounding noise so work can be done in piece or a few moments can be enjoyed for relaxation.

The pieces can be grouped together or used separately in a variety of environments that go beyond the office, including airports and hotel lobbies.
