LÖV Lets You Water Your Plants While Your Umbrella Dries

LÖV began as a graduation project that focused on how to get students and young adults in London to eat healthier when fast food was so convenient. That led Jean Huang to question how to to make healthy options easier by encouraging people to grown their own herbs for cooking. With London’s rainy weather, LÖV pulls double duty by letting the water from your wet umbrella drain onto the potted herbs below without taking up too much space.

The stand can fit within a tight space thanks to its vertical design. A loop above becomes the place to put your umbrella out of the way when you get home. Instead of dripping all over the floor, the rainwater falls to the herbs below, meaning you also don’t have to spend time watering them.

A built-in grow light provides light for the plants along with a nightlight type light in an entryway.
