Watch: Design Milk Talks to Marcel Wanders [VIDEO]

“The reason that people buy our sofas is not because they need to sit. They love design because it shows them who they want to be tomorrow.”

Thanks to support from Haworth, we took a trip to Amsterdam to visit Marcel Wanders in his design studio, where he has over 50 employees working on all sorts of projects. He explains how his two teams are divided into “Team Organization” and “Team Chaos”, the dichotomy that is the design process.

He also talks about his design inspiration behind the Tulip chair for Cappellini, part of the Haworth Collection.
