This modern apartment, located in the historical center of Dnepropetrovsk in Ukraine, was designed by SVOYA studio for a young married couple with a child. The spacious digs are equipped with SmartHome automation program that works throughout the house and blends with the modern style of the space.
The living room is outfitted with a modular, three-piece grey sofa laid out in a cozy U-shape. Behind the travertine marble slab that holds the TV, there’s an office.
A bar and a wood paneled column separates the living room with the white kitchen.
The kitchen is almost completely white, with the exception of the wood panel on the backsplash and wooden island shelf.
The dining room has a white table and chairs with four black Tom Dixon pendants hanging above which offer a nice contrast to all of the white.
The master bedroom brings in cozier tones to warm up the white.
The open bathroom is separated by a motorized curtain that closes when privacy is desired.
I love how they brought the elongated hanging lights that are used beside the bed into the toilet area of the bathroom.
