Can Cocotero is a luxury, six-bedroom villa in Ibiza designed for a British family. Spanish architect Jordi Carreño collaborated with London-based interior designer Tara Bernerd on the project, which resulted in a modernist minimal exterior with a sophisticated yet cozy space inside.

Can Cocotero is built within Ibiza’s first ecologically-inspired communities, Sabina, bringing together individual private villas designed by 18 internationally renowned architects and designers, with a five-star clubhouse with all the amenities a family could want, including a restaurant, spa, tennis and paddle courts, nightclub, bowling alley, kids’ club, Temple and amphitheater, along with 24-hour security and personal concierge services.

Beyond the wooden front doors are Ibizan stone walls and a spacious interior that leads out to the garden. The entryway turns into the open space living area with a sitting room and dining room. The large space benefits from one long wall of floor-to-ceiling glass that frames the back garden while providing access.

If the inside doesn’t make your jaw drop, perhaps the lush garden will. The rectangular swimming pool is surrounded by natural teak furniture, an outdoor kitchen, hammocks, and a pergola, in addition to the landscaping.
