New Work from Mark Gabbertas for Oasiq

Mark Gabbertas, whose work we’ve featured before, is back with two new pieces of work for Oasiq that happened to be two years in the making.

Oasiq Mark Gabbertas Serac 2014-81

First up is Serac, a stunning collection of tables in different heights and dimensions. The wire under frame is created by a 3 dimensional pattern that’s repeated and joined. As a result, a beautiful, eye-catching arrangement that changes depending on the angle is produced. The collection includes a dining table, coffee table, and occasional size.

Oasiq Mark Gabbertas CoCo Chair 2014-2

Then there’s the CoCo Chair, a colorful, flexible chair that molds to the user’s back. It combines warm, teak wood with strict steel to create an interesting, contemporary contrast.

Oasiq Mark Gabbertas CoCo Chair 2014-10

Both Serac and the CocoChair can be used indoors and outdoors.
