PARA(D): A Sculptural Chair for Relaxing by Nova Obiecta

Headquartered in France, Nova Obiecta has been creating furniture since 2013 and their latest release is a sculptural chair for relaxing. PARA(D) invites the user to sit back and sink into their dreams and fantasies while enjoying the smooth comfort of the slingback design in punchy contrasting colors.

If you can’t dip into your own fantasy, fall into theirs – warm summertime by the swimming pool with hints of eroticism while “reminding the universe of Tom Wesselmann,” American artist known during the pop art movement.

The chairs, with silhouettes that mimic the curves of pool ladders, are made of lacquered tubular steel and washable fabric, both suitable for indoors and outdoors.
