Party by Numbers Introduces New Ways To Gather

Once we start spending time with friends and family again, I’d like every occasion to feel like a party. Luckily, new arrival to the entertaining scene, Party by Numbers, is ready to help make that dream a reality by making the way we entertain effortless. How? By delivering everything you need – food, cocktails, florals, and more – right to your home the day of the get together in a modern multi-tiered, organized cart!

Founders of creative agency The Gathery, Nicky Balestrieri and Luigi Tadini, have partnered with the talented catering duo behind Pinch Food Design, Bob Spiegel and TJ Girard, who happen to write our Taste column, to elevate at-home entertaining. The one-stop-shop balances form and function throughout every element, allowing you to focus on your guests and relax. Simply log onto the website, answer four questions and they’ll create the perfect party. The food, the drinks, the plates and flatware, glasses, decorations, and even the ice are all inside the cart. Hosts can choose from themes that are inspired by the founders’ travels to locations like Mexico City’s vibrant Condesa, artistic enclave Marfa and Italy’s sun-kissed Sorrento.

Caterers know what restaurants don’t have to, and the three styles of service we’ve designed for every Party by Numbers experience are engineered to stay fresh all day while requiring little to no re-heating.

Your PxN cart arrives with a simple step-by-step manual and easy to follow style guide. The 13 easy steps correspond to the cart’s 13 compartments, and the culinary instructions are just as foolproof. The cart then serves as the cocktail bar, and when the soiree is finished everything gets packed up inside and PxN picks it up the next day. Perhaps best of all? Aside from the easy cleanup, it’s also sustainable. No plastic wrappers, one-time decorations or plastic cutlery are used. Designed for gatherings from eight to 96, as the party grows, so does the number of carts to accommodate everything from a small cocktail party to a gallery opening.

PxN is broken down into four categories on their site: Set, Cuisine, Flair and The Gift. Set consists of glassware, linens and cutlery, while Cuisine is the artful food and batched cocktails. Flair is the floral arrangements, centerpiece, mood lighting and decor. The Gift puts it all over the top with a custom scent and Spotify playlist that can be played on the provided Bose speaker. It seems they really did think of and include everything.
