Phinney Modern by Pb Elemental Architecture

Pb Elemental Architecture recently completed Phinney Modern, a residence in Seattle, Washington.

At 2510 square feet, the single family home was designed on a small lot that is just about 2000 square feet. The home was designed for a young family, whose blog you can follow here. Since there wasn’t much outdoor space because of the small lot, a roofdeck was added that overlooks Puget Sound.
