I love the smartly designed furniture from the Paris-based Kann Design. They work with a mix of designers to create a solid collection of mid-century inspired classics that would work in any style home, especially their Recycled Collection.
Designed by the Italian duo Nicola Santini and Pier Paolo Taddei of Avatar Architettura, who happen to specialize in eco-friendly design, these pieces feature a myriad of recycled woods that give them unique character. The varied sizes of the wooden rectangles create a striking pattern, making each design a (functioning) work of art.
