Designed by Sarah Stacey, this beachside home in South Padre Island, Texas has a ceramic tile floor that looks like wood flooring. The weathered wood table gets a pop of with these aqua colored chairs and brass, geometric fixture above.

This Piet Boon-designed apartment is located in a building that used to be home to offices in NYC. With white walls and black details, this light-filled dining room is home to mustard colored chairs that add warmth and life to the minimalist space.

This 1932 suburban tudor in Newton, Massachusetts was renovated by Hacin + Associates to include classic details you’d find in a tudor, but with modern decor, like the dining table, chairs, and light fixture. Plus: wallpapered ceiling!!!

Smart Design Studio’s Orama Residence features a renovation and extension of a historic house in Sydney, Australia. Located in the modern extension, the dining room is surrounded by concrete walls in a double height space with a simple, black and white color scheme.
