Seams: Ceramic Centerpieces by Benjamin Hubert for Bitossi

Seams is an exclusive collection of five, large ceramic centerpieces from Italian brand Bitossi. In their efforts to research creating mass-produced products with one-off details, they tapped UK designer Benjamin Hubert to design these pieces.

The name of the piece stems from the way they were created. Because Seams is created using a mold that has been split many times, it produces seam-like lines in the ceramics. Instead of cleaning the ridges, they are kept in the original condition in which they left the kiln. The objects can also be arranged in different positions, creating a unique look for every centerpiece.
