A Steel Stool With Multiple Uses by Noon Studio

The Steel Stool from Noon Studio might just look like a regular stool with some added storage thrown in, but in fact, it’s a stool that can also be used as a side table. That’s not all – add a few of them together to make a coffee table or stack them to create a bookshelf.

The design took two years to develop and the results are a no-screw, no-glue system that keeps the design simple and modern. The designers were inspired by traditional English craftsmanship and the rawness of Provencal design, so simplicity was key.

The diagonal panels of wood provide storage space for books, magazines, or even toys, while giving the design a geometric detail.

Flip the stool on any of its sides to create the look and design you want.
