Successful Living from Diesel

We featured the GRAF lighting by Successful Living from Diesel a while back, but at ICFF I was able to get a closer look at all of the pieces in the collection, specifically the ones resulted from the partnership with Moroso.

Nebula Nine Sofa and Cumulus chair are like large clouds, with generous shapes, soft cushions and stonewashed linen covers, ideal for relaxing and socializing. The frame is in wood throughout, very strong and compact. I refused to sit on this sofa at ICFF for fear that I would never get up.

The Overdyed series of wood furniture includes a lounge chair, side chair, rectangular coffee, and round side table. The ragging paint technique used to finish the wood comes in Indigo Blue or Weathered Gray and reveals its natural markings for a more vintage effect.  Frames are Raw Black lacquered steel. The Overdyed chair is very comfortable.

The Xradio series uses transparent photographic X-ray images in glass, in colors that range from electric blue to black. The Xradio Razza table features a ray fish swimming against a blue background while the occasional table Xradio 2 Disc depicts a DJ console. A similar glass material is used on the 3-panel Xradio 3 Natura Morta screen, which frolics with the archetype of a 17th century still life.

In reference to the Diesel rocker style, studs decorate the leather Bar Stud stools in two heights, and the Ego Stud mirror.

And truly special, the Total Flightcase storage cabinet, inspired by musician touring trunks comes in two and three door versions.

The collection is available at The Future Perfect.
