A few weeks ago, Pratt Institute’s Undergraduate Communications Design Department held its 9th annual Halloween Costume and Pumpkin Carving Contest and the winners are pretty darn creative. I just couldn’t resist posting these even though you’re probably already thinking about turkey (no? just me?). Being in an area of New Jersey that had some damage from Hurricane Sandy, it really feels like we didn’t have a Halloween at all this year, so seeing these creative costumes made me smile and think about making next year’s Halloween that much better.
Graduate and undergraduate students from across the Institute were invited to enter their most inventive designs for a chance to win cash prizes. The event, which showcases Pratt students’ creativity and flair for design, had 95 participants and many more attendees.
